History of Coe Construction
Coe Construction
On August 19, 1990, Brian J. Coe founded Coe Construction, Inc. in Loveland, Colorado. He started with just two employees, with their first project being a Sbarro’s restaurant in Lakewood, California. Over the course of the next few years, Coe Construction moved into an office spaced and performed several restaurant projects throughout the United States. In 1992, Coe Construction received their first office project and by 1993 Coe signed a contract with Lone Star to build 15 new stores a year, over the next 5 years. In 1994, Coe Construction was awarded their first project in Loveland, CO and by 1995 Coe had accepted their first project over $1 Million. By 2000, Coe had completed several restaurant projects, hotels, apartment complexes, and banks in the Northern Colorado region, with an annual sales volume of $20 Million. In 2005, Brian J. Coe stepped down as president and sold the company to his senior project manager Gregg Meisinger. Since then, Gregg has managed the company for 15 years and continued to average $20 Million in annual sales. Coe Construction maintains a strong focus to provide our existing and new clients with high-quality levels of service through collaboration, passion for the industry, and commitment to reliability and integrity. We are grateful for every opportunity that has transpired within the history of the company, it’s what makes us unique.
