Gregg has over 32 years of experience in the construction field. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in construction management and worked as an Estimator, Project Manager and as a Superintendent. As the President/CEO, Gregg oversees all aspects of our projects from pre-construction services, estimating, construction, closeout and warranty. He’s familiar with all of our projects and is always available to offer guidance and problem-solving for our project teams.

Theresa has 15+ years of real estate and construction accounting experience. Her background includes full cycle accounting, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting. Her responsibilities at Coe Construction are to manage the accounting department and ensure that all obligations are met timely and accurately.

Jody has been with Coe Construction for 22 years! Before her time at Coe, Jody worked as a Construction Coordinator and fell in love with the industry. “The timing has to be right and everyone must do their part for the finished product. I have great pride in seeing our name stamped in the concrete outside of a facility as I walk in.” Jody currently is our Project Administrator. She is responsible for assisting our amazing team, tracking and coordinating insurance and paperwork, and is our office receptionist.

Melanie has 17 years of Accounts Payable experience working for companies like Spirit Hospitality, Woods Heating and Cooling, TCS Heating and Cooling, and Red Line Mechanical. Melanie’s exuberance and experience working within various construction related trades allows Coe Construction to connect with our subcontractors more efficiently and provides an external view into managing Accounts Payable as a General Contractor.

With over twenty years of experience in the construction industry including field experience in numerous trades such as concrete, framing, drywall, millwork, mechanical and electrical. In the spring of 2000, I became a commercial estimator. I’m experienced in conceptual and hard bid estimating and managing hard-bid projects that range over $12 million. Successful bids include: Hospitals, Hotels, Swimming facilities, Schools, Office buildings, Retail tenant finishes, Restaurants, and Recreational parks.

Chris has over 20 years experience in the construction industry. His experience has spanned from a Journeyman-Carpenter to the owner of a high-end residential contracting company and has been involved in numerous multi-family building projects and major mountain resort developments. Chris is currently our Opertations Manager at Coe with expertise that spans across all fields of construction, including planning and development, estimating and project supervision.

Max is fairly new to the construction industry, but he brings a background of education and guided experience to the table. Max uses technology and new techniques to help ensure projects are successful. Working closely with owners and the design team to achieve a final product we can all be proud of is something he enjoys. Many of his previous projects are in the hospitality industry but also has experience in most sectors of commercial construction.

Amy came to Coe Construction with a background in owner’s construction representation. She holds a master’s degree from Colorado State University in construction management with an emphasis in sustainable building. Additionally, Amy is a LEED Accredited Professional for Operations and Maintenance. Amy’s construction experience includes: ground-up, renovations, additions, and tenant finish in a multitude of sectors.

Matt has over 25 years of construction experience in estimating, superintendent, carpentry, scheduling, architectural drafting and design. He attended College of the Redwoods and holds a degree in Construction Technology. Matt’s superintendent experience includes multi-family, hotels, retail, office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, and design-build projects.

Matt has been a Superintendent with Coe Construction for 5 years. Previously Matt worked as a Facility Operations and in Specialty Fabrications for 12 years. When we have a unique or challenging project come in the door, Matt is the man for the project.

I started in construction during my Senior year of high school working for my retired drafting teacher who had started his own general contracting company. My construction experience spans over many years of working in the trades including concrete, wood framing and interior carpentry. During this time I also operated my own general contracting company in residential new construction and remodeling. For the last several years I’ve worked as a superintendent. I joined Coe Construction in 2020 as a superintendent and have find the ownership and fellow employees to be very supportive and loyal to their co-workers and subcontractors. This is very refreshing and I am happy to be with the company.

My experience in construction began growing up on a ranch with projects like fixing roofs and building sheds for the animals. I went to school for geology and paleontology, and have spent years in the field doing everything from geologic mapping to building plaster jackets to support dinosaur bones. Because of all this I enjoy working with my hands and projects that require creative solutions.
