Gregg Meisinger
 

Gregg Meisinger - President

Gregg joined Coe Construction, Inc. in January 2000 and purchased Coe Construction, Inc. from Brian J. Coe on July 1, 2005.  Gregg has over twenty years of experience in the construction field.  He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in construction management and has worked as an estimator, project manager and as a Superintendent.  He has managed projects up to $18 Million and has both design build and conventional contracting experience.  Some of Gregg’s past projects include tenant finish, hotels, commercial office buildings, retail, multi-family, historic renovations, high-tech, athletic facilities and medical facilities. Gregg is also involved in the following professional organizations: Thompson School District Construction Advisory Committee, City of Loveland Construction Advisory Board, Vistage CEO Membership Organization.

Chris Demmler
 

Chris Demmler, LEED AP- Project Manager

Chris Demmler has over 10 years experience in the construction industry.  During these 10 years, Chris’ experience has spanned from a Journeyman Carpenter to the owner of a high-end residential contracting company.  He has been involved in major mountain resort developments and numerous multi-family building projects.  Chris has experience in all fields of construction, including planning and development, estimating, and project supervision.  Chris joined Coe Construction in July 2006. Chris received his LEED AP certification in October 2007.

 

Michael Chavies

Michael Chavies - Project Manager

Mike has more than 15 years of experience in the construction field.  He graduated from the University of Colorado at Boulder with a degree in Architectural Engineering and has worked as a Laborer/Framer, Field Engineer, Superintendent and Project Manager.  Mike has managed projects ranging to over $30 Million and has design build and conventional contracting experience.  Some of his past projects include custom homes, upscale town homes, airport work, school gymnasiums, cafeterias, weight rooms and stadiums, churches, water tanks, pump stations & pipelines, grocery, warehouse, retail, medical & office buildings. Mike joined Coe Construction, Inc. in November 2006.

Micheal Bailey

Micheal Bailey – Superintendent

Mike joined Coe Construction in 2000.  He started out as a laborer/carpenter and trained towards a Superintendent position.  After successfully completing work on a variety of project types & sizes, he was promoted to Superintendent in 2007.  As a Superintendent, Mike has completed several types of projects including office and retail.


Tim Brookey
Tim Brookey

 

Timothy Brookey – Superintendent

Tim has been in the construction industry since 1982 and has experience in estimating, budgets, scheduling and as a project superintendent.  He has completed several projects including offices, restaurants, retail and medical.  Tim can work with any personality he encounters and strives to work with all involved for successful and timely project completion.


 


Brian Buringa


Brian Buringa – Superintendent

Brian has over 25 years experience in the construction industry including being self-employed and working for others.  Brian has worked with Coe both as a subcontractor and as an employee for several years.  His experience as a superintendent while with Coe Construction includes various project types including new construction, remodels, renovations and tenant finishes for retail, office, restaurant and medical facilities.

   

Matt Matheson

Matt Matheson – Superintendent

Matt joined Coe Construction in 1994.  He has over 15 years of construction experience including estimating, superintendent, carpentry, scheduling, architectural drafting and design. Matt holds a degree in construction technology.  His superintendent experience includes multi-family, hotels, retail, office buildings, restaurants, medical facilities, and design build projects.

 

Roger Stringer

Roger Stringer - Superintendent

Roger has been in the construction field since 1974 and has worked on shopping center projects, Walgreens in Colorado and New Orleans areas. He has completed work at the Anheuser Busch/Budweiser plant in Fort Collins, Colorado as well as nursing and assisted living buildings, school additions and remodels, PetSmart, Pier One and retail shops, along with many restaurants including Mimi’s Café and IHOP and re-work on other restaurants also including the Louisiana area.

Reggie Black

Reggie Black  - Shop Manager

Reggie has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since October 1999.  He is responsible for our equipment inventory and fleet management.  Reggie has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has additional carpenter responsibilities on our jobsites and is a member of  the company’s safety committee
