Gregg Meisinger - PresidentGregg joined Coe Construction, Inc. in January 2000 and purchased Coe Construction, Inc. from Brian J. Coe on July 1, 2005. Gregg has over twenty years of experience in the construction field. He graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in construction management and has worked as an estimator, project manager and as a Superintendent. He has managed projects up to $18 Million and has both design build and conventional contracting experience. Some of Gregg’s past projects include tenant finish, hotels, commercial office buildings, retail, multi-family, historic renovations, high-tech, athletic facilities and medical facilities. Gregg is also involved in the following professional organizations: Thompson School District Construction Advisory Committee, City of Loveland Construction Advisory Board, Vistage CEO Membership Organization. |

Narda Byczek - Project Manager Narda has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. She has worked as a Project Coordinator, Project Scheduler, Project Controls Engineer and Project Manager. Narda has managed and assisted in managing projects ranging to over $400 Million and has design-build and conventional contracting experience. Some of her past projects include school classrooms and gymnasiums, retail, medical & office buildings, highways, light rail and railroads, pipelines, and power generation facilities. Narda joined Coe Construction, Inc. in July 2007. |

Wade Specketer |
Wade Specketer – Superintendent Wade has been in the construction industry for 12 years and joined Coe Construction in September 2005. His experience includes remodels and new construction of restaurants, tenant improvement, office buildings, schools, and multi-family. He has worked as a traveling superintendent and completed projects in Texas, Washington, Louisiana, Virginia, Kansas, Kentucky and Colorado. He has completed projects up to $5 million in value. |

Roger Stringer |
Roger Stringer - Superintendent Roger has been in the construction field since 1974 and has worked on shopping center projects, Walgreens in Colorado and New Orleans areas. He has completed work at the Anheuser Busch/Budweiser plant in Fort Collins, Colorado as well as nursing and assisted living buildings, school additions and remodels, PetSmart, Pier One and retail shops, along with many restaurants including Mimi’s Café and IHOP and re-work on other restaurants also including the Louisiana area. |

Don Turner |
Don Turner – Managing Superintendent Don joined Coe Construction in 1999. He has 15 years of hands-on experience in the construction field. His past experience with various trades include HVAC, ceilings, concrete, wood and metal framing, trim carpentry, crane operator and excavation work, demolition and commercial remodeling. Don also has 18 years of supervision experience, has completed 15 commercial restaurants nationwide, 10 Walgreens and various other projects including high-rise condos, medical buildings and offices, high-end tenant improvements (law offices) Barnes and Noble bookstores, Hollywood Video stores, student housing and Government work for the State of Florida. He holds a State of Florida General Contractors license and completed 2 years of education in computer electronics along with self-taught computer skills. Don also manages the scheduling of Coe Construction’s labor staff. |

Reggie Black |
Reggie Black - Shop Manager Reggie has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since October 1999. He is responsible for our equipment inventory and fleet management. Reggie has over 20 years of experience in the construction industry and has additional carpenter responsibilities on our jobsites and is a member of the company’s safety committee. |

James Zack - Carpenter James joined Coe Construction, Inc. in September 2006 as a Carpenter. James graduated from California Polytechnic State University in 2001 with a Bachelors of Science Degree in Social Science. He has 10 years of commercial & residential construction experience and is knowledgeable in blueprint reading and take-offs. |

Don Spotanski - Carpenter Don joined Coe Construction, Inc. in May 2007 as a Carpenter. Don previously owned his own framing business for 25 years and also has worked with Coe Construction as a Subcontractor for the past several years. |
