Michael Guillaume
Michael Guillaume - Chief Estimator
Michael joined Coe Construction in May 1999 as an Assistant Superintendent. He then moved into the office as an Estimator and was promoted to Lead Estimator in the spring of 2004 and to Chief Estimator in September 2006. He has a Masters Degree and 20 years experience as a Project Manager. He has a wide range of construction experience as carpentry framer, field supervisor, project management and estimating.
Steve Mertens
Steve Mertens - Senior Estimator
Steve has over 18 years combined experience in the construction industry. His background includes residential and commercial framing, apprenticeship in mechanical and electrical work, and finish carpentry. Steve has four years of experience as a junior estimator and one year as a lead estimator. During his previous estimating experience, he has performed both conceptual and hard bid estimates. Estimated projects ranged up to $6.5 million. Such projects consisted of hospital additions, school additions, recreation parks, swimming facilities, office buildings, and numerous remodels. Steve joined Coe Construction, Inc. in December 2004 as an estimator to extend coverage of the increasing work load. Steve was promoted to Senior Estimator in September 2006.
Danielle Llewellyn
Danielle Llewellyn - Estimator
Danielle joined Coe Construction in April 2005 as our Receptionist. In June 2006, she was promoted to Estimating Assistant and September 2007 was promoted to Estimator. Her duties include preparation of bid solicitation &plan distribution lists and take-offs. Danielle is currently taking estimating classes to further her knowledge.
