Carol Ward, PHR- Office Manager/Human Resources

Carol has been with Coe Construction since May 1995.  Along with Office Management, Human Resources and Payroll duties, she provides administrative support as required and performs the internal IT responsibilities for the company including the company website design & maintenance and participates on several company committees/teams.  She has more than twenty years of office experience including more than 10 years of knowledge in construction project administration.  Her previous work experience includes various levels of administrative support in the insurance and technology industries.  She also has experience in Property & Association Management for retail & office properties.  Carol is a current member of the national Society of Human Resources Association as well as the local chapter, Northern Colorado Human Resources Association where she co-chairs the Web board position.
