Carol Ward
 

Carol Ward - Office Manager

Carol has been with Coe Construction since May 1995.  Along with Office Management, Human Resources and Payroll duties, she provides administrative support as required and performs the internal IT responsibilities for the company including the company website design & maintenance.  She is a member of the company safety committee, marketing committee and strategic planning committee and is additionally responsible for organizing & planning of company events.  She has more than 15 years of office experience including more than 10 years of knowledge in construction project administration.  Her previous work experience includes various levels of administrative support in the insurance and technology industries.  She also has experience in Property & Association Management for retail & office properties.  Carol is a current member of the national Society of Human Resources Association as well as the local chapter, Northern Colorado Human Resources Association.

 
       
         
 


Jody Price

 

Jody Price - Project Administrator

Jody has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since January 1998 and has over fifteen years of experience in construction administration.  Jody assists two project managers at our office.  She is knowledgeable in the bidding process and project administration including subcontracts, purchase orders, change orders, final job close out, maintenance, and drawing distribution.

 

 

Meredith Lynch

Meredith Lynch - Office Clerk/Receptionist

Meredith has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since early July 2007.  Meredith is currently responsible for our front desk/reception duties along with assisting our estimating department with bid solicitations and plan/document distribution.
