Susan Jennings, Financial Controller

Susan has fifteen years experience in the accounting field in which 10 years are in the construction industry.  She graduated from Front Range Community College achieving an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Accounting with a Business Emphasis.  Susan has worked as a financial controller, accountant, and bookkeeper.  Her work experience includes proficiency in the areas of financial forecasting and budgeting, cash flow modeling, financial planning, financial analysis, commercial insurance, and corporate management.  Her previous employment includes the construction, manufacturing, and sanitation industries.  Susan has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since December 2001 and was also a previous employee for 5 years.  Susan is a current member of the Construction Financial Managers Association.

Trisha Lowderback – Cost Accountant

Trisha has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since May 1998.  Her past work experience includes accounts payable, payroll, receptionist and project administrator duties.  Trisha is the Cost Accountant and is responsible for accounts payable, subs supplier calls, billings, accounts receivable, cost reporting, cost analysis, and various other accounting tasks.  Trisha acts as a resource to operations regarding project accounting issues, reporting, and analysis as well as assists the financial controller.

Mandi Voth – Project Accountant

Mandi has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since June 2000.  Mandi graduated from Front Range Community College achieving an Associates of Applied Science degree in Business Administration.  Her previous positions with our company include Receptionist and Project Administrator.  Mandi has recently moved into our accounting department as a Project Accountant.  She is responsible for accounts payable, subs supplier calls, billings, accounts receivable, and various other accounting tasks.  Mandi acts as a resource to operations regarding project accounting issues.
