Susan Jennings, Financial Controller

Susan has fifteen years experience in the accounting field in which 10 years are in the construction industry.  She graduated from Front Range Community College achieving an Associates of Applied Science Degree in Accounting with a Business Emphasis.  Susan has worked as a financial controller, accountant, and bookkeeper.  Her work experience includes proficiency in the areas of financial forecasting and budgeting, cash flow modeling, financial planning, financial analysis, commercial insurance, and corporate management.  Her previous employment includes the construction, manufacturing, and sanitation industries.  Susan has been with Coe Construction, Inc. since December 2001 and was also a previous employee for 5 years.  Susan is a current member of the Construction Financial Managers Association.

 
       
         
 
 
Trisha Lowderback
 

Trisha Lowderback, Cost Accountant

Trisha has over 13 years of experience in Accounting in the construction industry. Trisha has worked for Coe Construction, Inc. from May 1998 to April 2009 and returned in August 2010. Trisha is responsible for Project Billing, Accounts Receivable, and Accounts Payable along with assistance in Project Cost Analysis. Trisha's past work experience includes Billing, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Payroll, Project Administrator and Reception duties.
